Full Refund Eligibility

  • Early Cancellation: Cancellation made more than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time - 100% refund
  • Technical Issues (Our End): If the consultation could not be completed due to technical problems from our side (server issues, connectivity problems, platform errors) - 100% refund or free rescheduling
  • Consultant Unavailability: If the assigned consultant is unable to attend and no suitable alternative arrangement is provided - 100% refund
  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same consultation due to a payment gateway error - Duplicate amount refunded

Partial Refund Eligibility

  • Mid-range Cancellation: Cancellation made between 12-24 hours before consultation - 50% refund
  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the service quality and raise a valid complaint within 24 hours - Partial refund at discretion
  • Partial Completion: If the consultation was partially completed due to unforeseen circumstances - Pro-rated refund

To request a refund, please follow this step-by-step process:

Once approved, the refund will be processed automatically and credited to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline: Once your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation Procedures, Fees & Requirements

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and our consultants. Below is a detailed breakdown of our cancellation timeframes and associated fees:

Early Cancellation

More than 24 hours before consultation

100% Refund

No cancellation fee

Mid-Notice Cancellation

12-24 hours before consultation

50% Refund

50% cancellation fee applies

Late Cancellation

Less than 12 hours before

No Refund

Option to reschedule once (subject to availability)

No-Show Policy: No refund will be provided if you fail to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice. The full consultation fee will be charged.

Cancellation Requirements

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to parminder26835@gmail.com
  • Include your Booking ID and the reason for cancellation in your email
  • You will receive a cancellation confirmation email within 24 hours
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the timeline mentioned above

Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, you may request to reschedule instead of cancelling. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled consultation time. You may reschedule your consultation up to 2 times without any additional charges.

Non-Refundable / Non-Cancellable Products & Services

Completed Services

  • ✗ Consultations that have been fully completed
  • ✗ Services already rendered in full

Promotional Items

  • ✗ Special promotional packages
  • ✗ Discounted consultation bundles
  • ✗ Gift card purchases (unless specified)

Late Cancellations

  • ✗ Cancellations made less than 12 hours before consultation
  • ✗ Same-day cancellation requests

No-Show Bookings

  • ✗ Failure to attend scheduled consultations
  • ✗ No prior notice of absence

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion. This may apply when:

  • The consultation was partially completed due to unforeseen circumstances
  • You are dissatisfied with the service and raise a complaint within 24 hours of the consultation
  • Technical issues disrupted part of the consultation

Dispute Resolution
